Shipment confirmation & Order tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has been shipped with your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours, and you can easily track your orders after that.

Refund Policy
Damaged or defective items may be returned or exchanged for up to 10 days after the date of purchase. To be eligible for a return or exchange, you must provide proof of purchase, submit a picture of the items showing the damaged or defective product, and your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
